1. The bras are useless for older women, although their salespeople will deny that
2. Their customer service is maddening. I returned and they received my package early March. They never acknowledged receiving it, and almost a month later, I had to contact them about the refund. They offered me less than I paid for the merchandise.
3. If you look them up on Better Business Bureau, you will see they are not registered with them; however, they have earned an "F" rating.
Tip for consumers:
They use a bot for customer service that assumes you will buy if they offer you a discount. It is poorly designed and circuitous.
Also, their ordering is not logical and inflexible.
Lastly, their bras do not work for the older woman in that they provide absolutely NO support. The customer service rep I spoke with assured me that their bras were fine for women of all ages.
