Once you have an item that needs returning you find out that you get store credit only but worse: if the price of the item you purchase is not as high as the price of the returned merchandise, you loose the difference. They consider it redeemed. In my book that's called robbery.

While our return policy states that we offer store credits on returnable items unless they are damaged, we are always cognizant of customer concerns and will look to make it clearer before and upon purchase. Also, you are able to redeem the credits incrementally; this way, you can make multiple purchases with the return credit, until the amount has been reached.
