Bought my Keurig coffee machine and it came with a buy 2 get 2 free offer from their website. Had no problems with my order and it came quickly.
Terrible customer service. My order did not come with the matching panties. Tried emailing them. Basically said sorry, give us a call. Impossible to get thru to them, their line was always busy and has the most annoying song playing. Emailed them again to cancel my membership and I was not going to call them and oh my credit card number was changed. Never heard back from them or got my panties that I had paid for. Their lost because I would have been a great customer and bought a lot.
Interesting how the only time they are willing to supposedly work with me is when I post something on a website that they can't take down. My review of their product was never posted on their website. (Said I did like the lingerie, just that it never came with the panties and their customer service was crappy.) My emails to them were ignored. There are plenty of other places to buy lingerie.
Very happy with my purchase. The items were nice quality and the prices are pretty good too. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars as it took 2 weeks to get my stuff and normally stuff I order gets here in about a week.
I was happy with my purchase. Received what I ordered and it came quickly. I paid extra to get my stuff in two days so it would arrive in time for my husband's birthday and it was here in two days. All of my items fit so I have not had to deal with customer service. However some of the stuff did seem cheaply made and the first time I wore one of the items I had to repair it a little for next time.
