This company literally stole FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS from me. Now my lawyer is involved as well as Bank of America. Like so many others that have left similar reviews, I got completely scammed by GR. First they rejected my 50,000+ contact list saying it was "old." My contact list, that I've spent 6 years building, was 100% fine. Then, upon sending my first campaign, ALL the emails went to spam.The told me my domain had to be integrated with them. So my IT guys did that. Second email, all went to spam-again. BOOM they terminated my account because of my failed open rate. WTF!? This has caused a complete meltdown with my marketing, and has been an absolute tragedy financially. My customer service email is blowing up because my customers are wondering where the hell my weekly sale campaigns are. GR REFUSED to refund me a dime. That's right- paid them for an entire year up front of over $4k, sent 2 emails that all went to spam, and they shut me down via one email from their pathetic "compliance team." BTW- all communications will come at 2 or 3am as they are definitely NOT in the US...don't be fooled. Customer service? Not even a little bit.
