They have issues with both their website and customer service. They made an error of omission on my necklace, would not accept any responsibility, then have take over a month to correct the error, making it necessary for me to follow up multiple times. This will be my last order from them. Also, find it strange they have ~3200 5 star ratings, and over 800 1 star ratings... most having to do with very poor customer service.
