My range broke, and I ordered a new one on September 20th. It was a week before it shipped and another two weeks to arrive. When It finally did arrive it was damaged and unusable. They promised to pick it up and send a new one, but they charged me for a second range and again took a week to even ship it. They tell me to expect delivery sometime between October 30 and November 7. This is beyond ridiculous. I desperately wish I had bought from a local store.
