Ordered pizza from a local place that apparently uses eat24 for deliveries because they had good Yelp reviews and was looking to try a new place. Completed my order, entered credit card, etc... everything appeared fine. An hour later, no pizza. Went to online "live" chat at eat24. Person responded over 5 minutes later ("live" chat), said they couldn't locate the order. Stayed on "live" chat, waiting, many minutes later, second person started responding (shift change? Bathroom break?) still no assistance nor offer to take order again nor fix situation. Just, "did you get an order confirmation?" and an explanation of the process. Learned lesson, only order from locals who have their own local delivery.
