I ordered 4 names necklaces over the holidays as gifts, there was a mix up with the address and the necklaces were sent to the wrong address by the post office. I called the company when I realized what happened. I spoke with someone the first time who said they would make and send the necklaces out again ( I was super relieved) after a couple weeks I waited and called only to find out they were not going to send the necklaces. I spoke with a supervisor and explained my situation. I even cried over the phone with this lady. I spent months saving up for these necklaces. I'm a single mom to three kids, $436 is ALOT of money for me. She was very sympathetic and said she would make sure that the necklaces got sent out. Than nothing. I understand there are scammers out there and that they try to pull fast ones on companies all the time. Whats $436 to a company like this. You wanna know how much that is for me? Half a paycheck. In the end I'm out alot of money and no necklaces. Above and beyond disappointed, heartbroken really. I had called it a loss that's why I'm just reviewing it but I saw a little girl with her necklace and it made me sad all over again.
