My complaint is that when I asked to return the HGC, I got a complete runaround from the company. The advertising says that you have a 30 money back guarantee. But the first guy sent me a menu plan, the second guy said they want me to send in a food journal, ( what?) then they determine if they are going to refund your money. FALSE ADVERTISING!
I'm a busy professional. I dont have time for their foolishness. Either they offer a 30day return or they dont. I say they dont.
