I ordered a bustier online since they were having a sale. The product was fine but just too large, so I needed an exchange. Turns out the customer service is just terrible in general. The site boasts easy returns and exchanges. And my assumption was that a subscription site like this should have great customer service. That was not the case. The website kept leading me in circles from one help page to another. Then finally it told me to contact customer service in person (via either email or phone) if I wanted to exchange the product. I had to contact them more than once before I finally got a response (around 2 weeks later). By the time I had time to read through their lengthy explanation, it was past their return policy due date. So now I have an extra large bustier for nothing. Additionally, I am now trying to cancel my VIP membership, which is also proving more difficult than I had previously thought. There isn't a simple "unsubscribe" button. You must talk to customer service and email them.

We have looked into this and saw that your item was a final sale item, and that is why you could not process the exchange request from your account. Sale items cannot be returned, they can only be exchanged for same set, different size while stock lasts (this is mentioned on the sale page). Moreover, we see that one of our representatives replied to your email and mentioned that they have allowed an RMA request for the set so that you can start the exchange process for the size you want.
