I was a bit skeptical about SnusCentral at first, but after probably 10 successful orders without any problems, I'm one happy customer.

Shipping is expensive, but surprisingly fast - given how far the product is traveling. I only needed to contact customer service once (accidentally almost had it shipped to a previous address), and they responded in a prompt and friendly manner.

The selection on this site is far better than anything I can find locally (not surprising), and I've discovered a number of new flavors that I like (and a few that I don't). I also enjoy Moe's random sales, which have great discounts on large quantities of snus and have inspired me to try some blends that I otherwise might have passed over.

I'm leaving a negative review because I did not receive the product that I ordered and I have not been given a way to return the product without paying for shipping both ways.

I was excited to find that this site carried my favorite panties, which are a cheap Hanes product but are incredibly difficult to find. The price and shipping charges were reasonable, given that I cannot find the product locally, and although shipping wasn't speedy, the package arrived in a reasonable time frame.

Upon receiving the package, I realized that I had been sent a different product (which is a totally different style from what I ordered). The correct style number appeared on my receipt, but the wrong style number was on the packing slip. I assumed it was a typo, as my address was also spelled incorrectly on the packing slip but not the original receipt.

I contacted customer service, and they told me that the product I ordered was discontinued, so they sent me the "next closest product". If I wanted to return it, I could send it back and they would credit my charge card.

I replied and asked if I would be refunded for shipping and sent a return shipping label, and have not heard anything back. $6 for shipping + $3 for return shipping is more than what I paid for the three pack of underwear, which I could have purchased locally without paying for shipping at all.

Since I cannot trust this business to send the correct product, offer cancellation if they do not have the correct product, or provide a way to return products that were not ordered, I would not recommend them.

I've been ordering from Chewy for a couple of years - I first discovered them when they were a fresh startup going by the name of Mr. Chewy.

I started using Chewy because of their low prices and great selection of higher-end cat food. The shipping is always super fast - they often ship an hour or two after my order is placed - and the big box usually arrives in 2-3 days. Since I started using this company, I haven't had a single problem with one of my orders.

I haven't used Auto Ship to get free shipping, but with three cats, it's not hard to hit the free shipping minimum if I get two months worth of food at a time. I just kind of feel bad for the UPS or Fed Ex guy who has to haul the box up to my door.

I've now made a few sales and purchases on Poshmark, and for the most part, it has been a positive experience.

As a seller, the platform is incredibly easy to use - I print out a label, wrap the item, place it in free Priority Mail packaging at the post office, and away it goes. The site can be a time suck though: getting publicity for your items requires a lot of sharing, following, and activity on the site, so it might not be the best for somebody who wants to simply post items and wait for them to sell.

As a buyer, the items I've received have been great! Active sellers tend to respond and ship quickly.

I've discovered that there are a lot of abandoned closets on the site - so items appear to be for sale, but in fact, the sellers have lost interest or sold the items elsewhere. While Poshmark has been very good about prompt refunds for items that have not shipped, it might be better if there were a way to automatically delete closets that have had no activity in months.

I want to like Poshmark... I really, really do.

As a buyer, I still haven't successfully purchased anything through Poshmark. Still, I'm giving them three stars because the platform has a built-in feature that allows you to cancel after 7 days, and they've been prompt about refunding my money.

I also like the platform for selling: it's great for people like me who are too lazy to use ebay and don't necessarily need the money ASAP, but would still like to make a few bucks on nice clothes that don't get worn as much as they should.

More than anything, I like seeing what people post on Poshmark. Fashion isn't big where I live, and I like to see what people are up to!

I've been shopping on ebay for maybe 7 or 8 years, mostly for vintage/pre-owned clothing and shoes and bike parts. I've purchased a few other random things as well.

Overall, my transactions have been positive: I've only had a few items that were either in poor condition or not as described. For items where size and condition really matters, I ask sellers questions before making a purchase - generally, they are happy to respond and do so within a day or two.

For the most part, my purchases have arrived quickly - including a dress from the UK and some hardware from Canada! (I'm in the US.)

As a buyer, I am pretty happy with this site.

I decided to try thredUP because I'm tired of not being able to find my size at the local thrift shops. The items I ordered were in perfect, like-new condition - and with the discounts, were cheaper than thrift shopping!

The only disappointing item was a sweater that was listed as a regular XS, but was actually a petite XS. I'm not petite, so it fits kind of funny - but at this price, I'll make it work.

Unlike some online resellers, this site doesn't list specific measurements beyond inseams. For my orders, I'll stick to brands I already know, and avoid brands with inconsistent sizing. I was also sort of disappointed that the mobile app only works on newer versions of the Android OS.

EDIT: My second thredUP order was about like the first. The disappointing item this time was another sweater - it was from 2003 and was pretty worn, and was marked as being from a factory store (which the listing did not indicate).

I'd still use thredUP for basic items, but will be more likely to check on other platforms where I can communicate with the seller directly. The site clearly needs to improve the detail and accuracy of its listings. Another coupon would help as well!
