“Worst online experience ever”

I made 2 orders the first was lost in their warehouse, and they refused to refund my money, or regenerate a new order. My credit card company is handling that part. The second I did receive, the quality is very poor and I was sent the wrong size. Wonder how long it will take(if ever) to get my PARTIAL refund (they charge to generate a label, using my printer and ink!) I do not recommend this company to ANYONE if I had a lawyer on retainer, I would take this further. My overall rating is 0 but I had to push a button to continue

“I just had a similar experience. It seems this is becoming routine with them and may have a thief at their warehouse! Very bad customer service and I will NEVER buy from them again. I am also disputing item with my credit card.”
