With my recent purchase, there was an issue with the product. Handled beautifully, and professionally! Attention was immediate with both email and a phone call to me. The 2 individuals asked questions, listened and collaborated with me to make the best decision for me regarding solving the issue. This was my first purchase, I hope I have the opportunity to do business with Hayneedle again.

I purchased a Kitchen Cart to give me more counter space and also more storage space. I love it and I found the price a lot lower than on another site I usually shop at.
