The sales reps are fast talking, and kind of tricky. I got put into auto ship, but when I only wanted to try a few things out. Talked into $189.00 worth of "stuff". Shakes, patches & vitamins. The vitamins made me break out, they're encased in shellfish (glucosamine) capsules. Sales rep told me to open the capsules up, and take just the powder. That was gross. The shakes are nicely packaged, but horribly overpriced. Those patches don't do anything. So I ate that $189.00 Fail. My bad. But got hit for another $189.00 before I could get a chance to "go online" & cancel. Pretty impossible to get any customer service. Can't call. Only online. The website won't come up today. Well I canceled online, but there was still a number 1 in the cart showing!
Man, I don't know how they get away with this, but I had my bank put the 2nd charge into dispute.
I won't be buying a damn thing from them ever in the future. It's a shame, coz they could have had a customer (me) to buy a few different items from time to time. Was interested in a different flavor of shake. But, oh, no. You can't even get any help at all. Like, no system to call or text or now I can't even seem to access their website. And customer service quits at 5 pm.
