I voiced discontent with service of my tan boots before the other three I have ordered recently. It took about 3and 1/2 weeks before I received the boots. However, I was to receive 2,000 reward points. Because of the delay. My question is where are these points and how do i redeem them? Love your boots. Wish you would have more plus size ponchos and capes. Do not let me down. Also, every suede red suede boot i have ordered from shoedazzle is not red but maroon. Kept the boots because I liked them. However, still looking for red boots. Where are your floppy felt hats? Hope you read my complaints. I do not like shopping in Malls. Love ShoeDazzle, need boy boots though. Thanks
