I also wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a new battery from this company. When they sent the battery it was the incorrect size - my fault as I had only given them the make/model of my laptop. However, I waited for almost 3 weeks for a Return Merchandise Authority number (RMA)- despite my numerous & almost daily emails, they would side track my request by asking for the details of the correct battery repeatedly! It became ludicrous as I had given them the same details at least 3 times and had still not received an RMA from them. Finally they sent the RMA & I returned the battery at my own cost. Today I received an invoice for an apparent price difference for the replacement battery plus shipping costs- however, I am now being charged for a completely different battery that has not yet arrived! I advised via the online customer service email facility that I will return the battery and want a refund for my original purchase. It will be interesting to note their response if I receive one at all. I intend to clog their online email inbox up with my request on a daily basis.
