I placed an order with two projected delivery dates of 9 or 10 days post-order. That afforded time for my promotional event and was ultimately the reason I chose them. I spoke to customer service the first day I was projected to receive the items (9 days post-order), and they hadn't even printed them yet. They assured me they would expedite them.
They printed them and then placed them in regular ground shipping. They even admitted this additional mistake when reviewing their notes from previous calls in which one rep marked that they needed to overnight the items. And yet apparently they messed that up too.
I got several assurances I would be given updates and of course I was the one who had to call them five times.
I see complaints about quality of the work. Also consider not getting the items you ordered in time for your promotional event. Be wary of planning anything on their timelines.
