I paid tickets for a festival to be rejected at the door and had to pay double the price of the ticket I purchased, while my friends paid a lot less. Everyone at the festival with a groupon ticket couldn't get in. Now they are apologising and not trying to refund me. Why they apologising? You sold a faulty ticket to a customer, we don't want apologies but our money back. They should really reimburse the difference but looks like just getting a refund is hard enough. Complete scammers. Customer service is a joke they don't want to deal with it at all
