THE WORST customer experience:
- After Covid there are increases twice a year (wth?) They are harassing customers and raising rates every 6 months!
- Horrible and often rude phone staff
- Misleading and deceptive claims
- Try calling the 800 number, 10 -30 minutes to answer.
This company is nothing but bad vibes with everything they do. It is written everywhere "We respect customers" it's a total fraud!
