I called customer service upon realizing the ticket I purchased was not for the event it was specified for. I had a conversation with customer service confirming that it was not the right listing and that I would either be given a refund or the ticket for the correct event. I received a call from their "StubHub Case Manager" telling me that they could not give me a refund because the listing was correct... which it was not... After arguing with the representative for a couple minutes, realizing the conversation wasn't going anywhere, I hung up. Now I will never use stubhub again. GO TICKETMASTER!
