Needing a rebuilt ECM for my 1996 Thunderbird, I first called them to make sure they had stock. Told that they did, I went ahead and ordered. Their website stated 2-7 days delivery but when day 8 rolled around and NO notice of shipment, I engaged their online chat system. They told me that the first one? They programmed failed their testing and that they would do another and expedite shipment. On day 14 from original order, they told me the only way they could help me was if I shipped (my expense) my old unit to them and they would rebuild it at over double the cost. I told them that wasn't an option as there were other companies out there to purchase from for less. They FLAT OUT LIED TO ME. Steer clear of them as they are not an honest or reliable source.
