Ordered two pairs online for my wife for Christmas. Boots arrived the first week of December. She tried them on and neither pair fit right. Way off on US sizes. Wrote to them to return for refund. No phone number tyo call them at. They responded telling me I had to pay return shipping costs. Went today to mail them. Two boxes. Would cost $39 each box to ship UPS or USPS. Boots were $40 cost. Ordered 2 pairs to benefit from their "FREE SHIPPING" if order over $59. Now Im STUCK with two crappy pairs of boots and DREAM PAIRS is laughing all the way to the bank! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHISTER COMPANY!

I purchase 2 flashlights and spare batteries back on November 30,2015 from this company. Cost was over $100 due to the supposed high light intensity the flashlight was suppose to produce. Had I received the actual products I could write a review, BUT IT HAS NOW BEEN ALMOST TWO MONTHS AND I HAVE NOTHING! To top it off, Light In The Box HAS ALL MY MONEY AND TELLS ME TO PRETY MUCH SHOVE IT! There are at least 15 e-mail exchanges between us and the final solution is I am suppose to track a package I never received on my end with the Post Office before LightInTheBox will do anything more for me- INCLUDING JUST GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK! ALL I WANT IS THE FLASHLIGHT I PURCHASED. I WOULD EVEN WAIT AS LONG AS I HAVE IF IT ARRIVED IN THE NECT FEW WEEKS, BUT IT SEEMS THEY JUST DON'T CARE>Since I had to use PayPal, I cant even stop a credit card payment with them.
