The Battery I purchased from BatteryMall in 2021 failed. I then ordered a replacement, and sent the failed Battery to Jim's Battery, the manufacturer. In spite of my requests, I did not receive credit for the failed battery. Battery Mall said it was not thier responsibility, and Jim's Battery said they would not issue a credit, and to call Battery Mall. Finger Pointer at the worst!

Tip for consumers:
I got caught in the Middle by 2 less that honarable suppliers. Nothing I could do.
