AdoreMe charged my credit card without my permission, by default you get subscribed to their program after one order, I did not like the product so I returned it but they kept auto drafting my card. I tried calling them but was on hold for 30 minutes, they asked me to leave a message but their voicemail inbox is full so I just get disconnected. I called again the next day, waited 30 minutes, went to voicemail, mailbox full, disconnect... I tried the next day and was on hold for almost 30 minutes when someone finally answered! I tried to get my money back but they only offered in-store credit and told me sorry. They will not offer me a refund.

The VIP Membership registration is not automatic; it is one of two payment options you select during checkout with your first order (the other is Pay As You Go, our one-time purchase option). Members are not obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and decide to either shop or skip that month.
If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card. This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time within 12 months! We send reminder emails, but also offer a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy for your convenience, here: http://askadoreme.com.
In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit beyond 30 days, you must write a letter or send an email to our claims department at claims@adoreme.com explaining the case and why you were not able to call within our 30 day limit to request a refund.
