This company has messed our trip completely up. We asked for a hotel in hunstville Al. Chose the express deal. After the debit went thru... we then found out our room is in Madison Al. They refused to refund or even just transfer our reservation to hunstville and wanted us to pay $71 for their mistake. We will NEVER use them again! When you search for rooms on this site. NEVER EVER use the EXPrESS option,. Bc you never know where your going to end up!' I advise all who have issues to contact the BBR. Maybe if they get enough complaints. They will FIX their website!
