Camera shows not installed, no connection, when watching videos. Program stopped comes up frequently and I have to restart tablet.
There is a canned message to please email customer service. 6 days ago I did twice re a problem with my tablet not functioning. Still no reply. Horrible customer service so far. FOLLOWUP: They gave me instruction to download firmware from a download site. In CHINESE! Even with translator and passwords I could not download firmware. Now they ask me to pay shipping and ship it back to them. Unreal. That would only take another 4 months to receive another from them. UNREAL! Your Order #******* (placed on Wednesday 02 December, 2015) {Their reply}: I am so sorry that this table can not be fixed on you own. Then would you like to return it back for replacement? If you do, could you please check and inform me the cheapest shipping with tracking number to Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China? Will you bear the shipping fee?
