From my several visits daily to their webpage to win my auctions, my occasional phone calls to organize my pick up times to bulk load to save trips (yes they always try their best to reschedule things to make it easier on you not them) and on to couple visits a week to pick up my won merchandise. Pallet truck drivers upon pick up always kind and easy to work with offering fast as they can service and will include of course I get damaged products or items not as they seem but it comes with the territory of these auctions and I'm not complaining and neither should you be, there is good money to be made with every bid I win hands down.
