I urge everybody that intends to purchase from this site, to use Paypal.
They're quick to take your payment (instantly) but very slow to give you a response.
My email confirmation of purchase was issued 24 hrs after and my shipping date took a further 5 days respectively.
This made myself anxious.
I cannot comment on the content of the goods, but they're customer service needs some help.
In contrast, "YOOX" is way better regarding the delivery of communication.
Praise to Paypal, as their customer service stated, whatever happens regarding the status of your refund you're guaranteed to be fully reimbursed within 11 days.
We are sorry for John D's disappointment but we wish to specify several details that haven't been mentioned. The order had been delayed because we noticed when we received the order that no phone number had been provided. Because phone number is essential for the success of the delivery we blocked the order and asked him to provide the number. He called us to provide it a couple of days later. It then took 48 hours for the order to be processed and shipped. The day we sent the order, John D contacted us to cancel, we therefore blocked the shipment with Fedex and refunded the payment on Paypal. Like we said to John during our phone conversation, we hope that next time things will be smoother and there won't be communication issues. We think that both sides have made their mistakes this time. The order would have been processed much faster if customer would have provided his complete data.
