I have been an active and satisfied member of Viewbug since 2015. Recently I have had a problem with incorrect owner registration data for a domain purchased thru and managed by Viewbug. Repeated request (over 9 times) to correct this information have been ignored by member support staff. I am now saddled with a domain that I cannot use as intended because of this data registration mistake by Viewbug. As of this review, I have been "ghosted" by support staff for over a month with no remedy, or even acknowledgement of my plight, in sight.
