Very hard to get a order through with these guys. Even after spending hours emailing and taking with the agents, your order will still just sit. Then it gets canceled. All after confirming with them. Then they acknowledge they have dead codes. They acknowledge wasting your time. Will they offer to do anything about it? No. Even after my first order I realized how slow and hard it was so I paid for rush shipping. I paid for priority shipping and packing also. Did me no good. So I jumped through all the hoops. Got two emails telling me my order was confirmed. Spoke to agent that said she was noting my account and it was getting packed and shipped. Then days later the same agent just says so sorry we wasted your time. Bye.
