I booked the car a lot in advance, about half-year before going to California, and during this period I needed to ask economybookings.com questions regarding my booking and got answers within an hour after I sent them by email, which was surprisingly fast. As for the rental itself, I did not have to wait at the Alamo desk at the Los Angeles airport, because there was no queue and the staff was very helpful. The car was almost new – 7,000 mls mileage – clean and in great condition. I would recommend this company to anyone.
