PAID THE 2 DOLLARS FOR THE 14 DAYS. I PRINTED OFF MY RESUME AND NEVER THOUGHT TWICE ABOUT IT. GOT CHARGED $40 20 days later wtf. I HATE AUTOMATIC RENEWEL BS LIKE THIS. YOU REALLY THINK THAT SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A JOB HAS EXTRA MONEY TO THROW AROUND ON SOMETHING LIKE THIS.

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. We also explain that the subscription is auto-renewing. We sent a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. The description of our subscription details are also listed on the sales page. A monthly subscription makes it easy for our customers to customize the resume and cover letter for each position for which they are applying, and also to avoid interruption on the service. Customers can cancel at any time.
