While purchasing tickets to a movie their website had an error. I ended up getting tickets for the wrong day and time. I contacted their customer service and was told to take a flying leap. Their policy states that if you call them less then 2 hours before the show. Well you lose your money. Oh well if their website was at fault. There is nothing they can do.
WARNING do not use them to buy tickets. This is the worst I have ever been treated. And they stole my money, $30 may not seem a lot but I guess that's what they mean by convienence fee. Horrible horrible company.
