LIke many others, I thought I was talking to HP luckily figured it out. My bank gave me back my money. Sold me an extended warranty. According to the REAL HP, there was no record of me buying a warranty. If I had been duped and let them touch my computer, it would have invalidated my warranty. You guys SUCK posing as HP! See other reviews where they pose as Apple, etc. F. U. IYogi.
Tip for consumers:
DON'T USE IT! Make sure you are calling HP or APPLE or whatever you are calling. They post their phone number on the web as HP.
