I ordered 6 items on 8/22/14. I received an e-mail that 2 items were not shipped, with no explanation. I still have not received the 4 items that they said had shipped. The tracking number that they gave me belonged to a package that was delivered to another destination in July... over a month before I even placed my order. After the company refused to give me a discount, I filed a claim with PayPal. RoseWholesale is now offering to refund my money ONLY if I close my claim. PayPal is telling me not to close my claim until I receive my refund. Do NOT do business with RoseWholesale!
