OMG! I wish my daughter and her husband had read all of these reviews before they decided to use this scam artist's site. I'm glad I don't have "Anna B."'s job to answer all of these terrible reviews. I thought I had a chance to get a refund for 3 months of being charged $34.95 before I read these reviews. Wow. How does one put a stop to these fraudulent on-line companies. I don't even have to write my experience with this money-sucking company... the reviews are all the same as mine. Wow.

We have hundreds of thousands of grateful and satisfied customers who have found their perfect job due to an outstanding resume and cover letter that was created on our site. Those same people saw that if they didn’t cancel their subscription within 14 days (we clearly state on the sales confirmation page, as well as the payment confirmation e-mail we send to each and every customer a customer’s auto-renewal date) they would be billed at the monthly rate of $34.95. They also saw that cancellation is extremely easy, as we give our subscribers multiple ways to cancel their subscription at any time.
