We’re sorry that you did not see that our subscriptions are auto-renewing if not canceled. We state this on every page in the purchase process and send the date and amount of the auto renewal following the initial purchase. We don’t see how you could have been charged the monthly rate of $34.95 unless you inadvertently created multiple accounts.
