I ordered a vibe that was over $100 at my local shop but paid about $70 at A&E. It quit working after 3 uses. I called & was put on hold after I explained the situation but nobody came back to the phone. I hung up after 22 minutes. I have emailed them THREE times with no response. That must be how they deal with unhappy customers - just ignore them and they will go away. I was a long-time customer of theirs but what might have cost them $20 to fix has cost them a 30+ year customer.
I will pay a LITTLE bit more & order from a smaller web-site the next time.
