This was a great experience! I originally went into the store and located the shoe I wanted to buy but they didn't have my husband's size. The store manager directed me to order online, that it was free shipping and that I would receive the shoes within 5 days. The site was easy to surf and very user friendly. I found the shoes easily, ordered them and actually received them in 2 days!

I have been ordering from this site for many years and have always received great service. They are happy to help if you have any questions or need recommendations on an item. The support staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the products are great quality. On the occasion where I have had to return something, I always receive a prompt credit on my account. They also send return labels with your items in case you need to send something back and you have the option of sending it with return postage due, meaning THEY pay the shipping back to them, not you. I think that is an outstanding service. I will continue to shop here for years to come.

This site has been a great source to order inexpensive items from. I have never had a bad experience, always received the item promptly and found the item to be great quality and exactly what I ordered. My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is that their return policy is not good. Basically once you spend money with them you cannot get it back. They only do returns for store credit and that sometimes isn't convenient when you can't find another item to purchase. All in all a good experience but they should bring their return policy up to speed to make it an excellent experience.

I had heard alot about this site and needed a unique gift for a friend so I decided to visit and see what all the fuss was about. It's a given that they have very unique gifts and other items that you may have a hard time finding elsewhere, but unfortunately after I placed an order from a company it turns out was overseas, I waited over a month and the item never came. I tried getting tracking information several times but they were unable to provide me with any. They did handle the credit back to my Paypal account accordingly once I reported I had not received the item but I have to say it was a disappointing experience.

My husband and youngest son have been restoring a 1970 Mustang coupe for the past two years so I feel like I am ordering from this site weekly. I have received nothing but excellent customer service from them virtually every time I order, and I don't think you can say this too often anymore. They are always letting me know of coupon codes I can use for discounts, free shipping specials they are running and the one time I had placed an order for something that was supposed to be delivered next day via UPS and for some reason they shipped it USPS, they credited my account 10% AND gave us free shipping on the next order. The car is almost ready to roll down the road so I am happy to give big props to this site for it's excellence!
