I cancelled my account by phone when the raised the rate after the first 3 years (I no longer needed the account and was not interested in the new rate. They would not budge) They have been sending me invoices every year for $200+ I cannot call them. Phone numbers don't work. I cannot cancel online, since they say I owe money. I cannot reply to their email. They are essentially harassing me! I am feeling rage. I don't like that feeling but there is no way to contact a human being.
