I recently ordered a dress from Xdresses as a bridesmaids dress for my brother's wedding. My measurements were accurately measured and sent in. The dress I received was not following the measurements I sent them. After multiple discussions back and forth (with weeks in between their responses) with pictures showing their error, they still would not allow me to return the dress that was unwearable or refund my money. The last correspondence I had with them was 2 weeks ago requesting a manager contact me. They responded saying they would "check it" and reply. They never did. Will never use their company again and would not recommend them to anyone.
