Changed name to watercritter.com but still a scam website. Card gets charged..you get nothing in return (including return emails). Phone is disconnected. File a claim with BBB and your credit card should return money if you explain situation.
Used to be known as livingaquatic.com - SCAM WEBSITE!! Ordered items which were never received. Contacted company by phone and email (phone disconnected). Contacted BBB and credit card company to get a refund - they are investigating website owner for fraud.
Wow that's retarded. I hate it when scam websites just change their name to scam more people. I hope you get a refund. Thanks for pointing out that the website changed :D
In August 2010, I ordered items which were never received. Contacted company by phone & e-mail.
No response.I'm going to be contacting the BBB and trying to get my money back.
