I ordered my item the 24th of November and STILL haven't received it. I have been communicating with someone but I keep getting vague answers one thing that is clear is they want me to wait until the 25th of Jan. 2016 to do anything... Huh? I gave them five more days, then I will be calling my credit card company and canceling payment
