I would absolutely avoid this company. Here is a detailed account of my experience with Heather, the owner of Glamlet Athletics (and I have copies of my receipt and all correspondences with her):

Sept 2 & 3: Contacted Heather to order a custom designed weightlifting singlet and pre-paid IN FULL ($80) via PayPal. She confirmed payment on Sept 3rd. Estimated delivery 6-8 weeks, and I would get a notification when it shipped.

October 14: Emailed Heather just looking for a quick status update on my order as my competition was less than 2 weeks away.

October 28: Still no response so I tried the custom order form on her website, assuming it would reach her as this is how she makes sales.

October 30: I emailed her again, and now I am VERY concerned, but it is past PayPal's time limit on opening up a dispute. This was about the time I discovered her bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau website (most of which started happening about the time I placed my order in September).

November 2: I publicly posted on her most recent Instagram picture that I would like a response. She deleted my comment within a couple of hours, but did not respond.

November 3: I call her out on her personal Instagram AGAIN because it was the only way I absolutely knew she was seeing my messages and I take a screen shot of my comment. Within a few hours my comment is deleted and she posts an apology on my personal Instagram account, says she never received any of my emails and gives me another email address. I send her a new email.

November 10: Heather finally responds, agrees to a refund, and says she "wants to know what happened to [my] singlet, too!" even though I was never notified that it shipped at all and she declines to provide any shipping information at my request. I request a refund via PayPal so she cannot use the postal service as an excuse, and provide her with my PP info.

November 17: Still no refund. I email her again asking for the reason for the delay.

November 19: Still no reply, I email her again and stumble across a new post on IG talking about her negative experience with Glamlet Athletics. I tag Heather in a comment on that post so she can be aware of how dissatisfied many of her customers are (including myself), and she replies to me via email within 5 mins saying she has no idea why I didn't get the refund and that she will try again that night.

November 20: I did not receive my refund. After posting about my experience with her publicly on Instagram, she blocked & emailed me within 5 minutes. She started out with a sarcastic comment and then proceeded to tell me: (1) She's a very busy person, (2) she gave me a discount and so was very upset that I would publicly post negative feedback, (3) that she had been open and honest with me from the beginning (this is a bold-faced lie and I have emails to prove it), (4) she had felt bad for me and had had another custom singlet made (I doubt this is true-- why would she tell me she's going to give me my money back and ALSO have another singlet made?-- but it was the first time she actually acknowledged my product was never delivered), annnnd (5) that she will be refunding my money "like she said" (this was the 3rd time she promised this).

November 21: No refund, and no reply to my last email.
