Ordered 2 pair of gloves which arrived fairly quickly but one was damaged and the other was not the color indicated (was maroon instead of red). I wrote to their support address via their contact link on the website and have heard nothing nor have had any confirmation that I would hear anything. Can't do much about it, but now I don't even read their ads.
