Awful experience. Not only did I have to keep going back to modify the headers when formatting my resume but I received a call from my bank telling me that my card had been used in upstate NY while I was in Maryland. I never use the card for purchases and the one time I opted to use it to pay for this service I am rewarded with a hacked account and a charge of $170. I would never use or recommend this service to anyone.

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. Our record shows that you signed up for a Resume Builder 14 day full access on January 02,2015. The only charge showing is $1.95 under the account with the email address@gmail.com. The account is still active. You subscription will auto renew on January 16. All of our subscriptions are auto-renewing if not cancelled. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings if service is no longer needed.
