I purchased 2 bottles of enzymes for my migraines. Picture and company shown on webpage. Received different bottles different company. Asked for a refund. Was told original company was bought out by new bottle shown (both been around a while) I was not comfortable so asked for full refund. I was refused with a very frustrated angry customer service person who before hanging up on me told me to just send an email which he was the one answering and told me NO again! It doesn't even matter why I want a refund, if a customer asks it should be given. I received products I didn't order and faithfully paid for them with $10 extra for shipping. The enzymes I were sent were less expensive than the ones I ordered too everywhere else so even if this information is correct, I could have saved ordering through another company, maybe who cares. This one clearly DOESN'T. This csr needs to find new work! He is clearly burnt out and frustrated and angry! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM! But I don't think they care. Customers are their last concern. ( black label picture is of what was sent) (The original I ordered was from enzymatic therapy with a blue label) You can clearly see on the receipt it says Enzymatic Therapy brand.
