I ordered a chainsaw from this site on 9/13. Called on 9/19 to see what the status of my order was. Shipping department told me it shipped on 9/16 but they didn't have a tracking number or know who it shipped thru!?!?! Checked my UPS FEDEX AND USPS accounts no shipment shown. Checked my account the evening of 9/20 and like magic shipping label where created that morning scheduled for delivery on 9/22. I sent them an email stating my unhappiness with being lied to about the supposed shipment date. Today is 9/22 and no saw. Called to find out that it is sitting on their dock in NC waiting to be picked up. Magically there was a mix up with the shipping label... Funny how after I complained there was a mix up. Let's see what happens now!
