I am going on 15 days of trying to get TopHatter to refund my $152.00 that the took out for payment on the same item twice. I email them the bank records. The double withdrawals were simultaneously in sequential order. Csse #*******. I will be filing a BBB complaint tomorrow

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you check you bank it credit card statements the following day for double charges
