I ordered some Quest Bars... the same ones I eat on a daily basis. I received the bars and they are inedible. They seem to have been melted and then refrozen. They are hard as rocks. The expiration date is not for another 3 months but they are horrible. I called customer service and they totally blew me off saying that they don't guarantee satisfaction! They said I could mail the boxes back AT MY EXPENSE to get a refund. For a faulty product, they should pay for the shipping. I'll never order from them again. He actually told me I was lucky to get one of the flavors as they don't make them anymore lol... how does that matter if they are rotten!
